Karen is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience working across adult and adolescent inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. Karen is clinician-researcher and has published over 50 peer reviewed publications in the areas of mental health with a focus on early intervention in youth mental health, mood disorders and the interface between physical health and illness and mental health.

Karen has also been a senior academic and supervisor and trained clinical psychologists in Victoria for over a decade. She is a frequent workshop speaker and practitioner in the management of bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, eating disorders and clients with complex interplays between health conditions and mental health.

Mr Scott Wakeling
Clinical Psychologist

Scott is a clinical psychologist with experience working in a variety of settings including private practice and adult community mental health care. Scott has a warm and collaborative style in his work. He works predominantly in private practice with individual late adolescents and adults and has a keen interest in supporting those experiencing anxiety and depression and also going through life adjustments within a Cognitive Behavioural framework (including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy). In addition, he has experience supporting clinical research and individuals at various levels of leadership within the private sector. He is registered to provide Medicare services through the Better Access programme.
